Our only restriction is that your usage rights are granted to you and no one else. You cannot sell, loan or give the image to any third party for their use. Copyright remains with Dion & Company. We may use the image as an example of our work on this web site or within printed materials for promoting Dion & Company. This opportunity is on a first come first serve basis and is for Spring 2010 unless scheduled for a warm climate.
Only one business jet and one helicopter will be photographed for free. Location is limited to within 50 miles of Logan International Airport. Locations beyond this radius are available however travel and accommodations will be charged, as incurred, to the air service.
